A Strategic Partnership for Local Branch Conversions and High Rise Signage for Regional Bank
First National Bank, headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is a diversified financial services company operating in seven states and the District of Columbia. FNB’s market coverage spans several major metropolitan areas, including Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Baltimore, Maryland; Cleveland, Ohio; Washington, D.C.; Charlotte, Raleigh, Durham, and the Piedmont Triad (Winston-Salem, Greensboro, and High Point) in North Carolina; and Charleston, South Carolina. Founded in 1863, the bank has a long history of serving individuals and businesses in its communities. First National Bank partnered with Philadelphia Sign, part of the PSCO Sign Group, on several key projects to reinforce its brand identity and enhance its customer experience.
One significant project involved upgrading the signage for the Raleigh, NC tower. We installed two channel letter sets on the rooftop, two inline channel letter sets, and one blade sign for the retail entrance.
To enhance energy efficiency and reduce costs, we integrated Lightcloud™ technology into the rooftop signage. This innovative technology allowed for remote control and adjustment of brightness, reducing energy consumption.
In addition to the Raleigh tower project, Philadelphia Sign completed a 3-phase conversion project for FNB, spanning 115 locations in Pennsylvania and North Carolina. This comprehensive project included surveying, design and engineering drawings, permits, engineering, fabrication, and installation.
Our project management team oversaw every aspect of the project, ensuring seamless coordination and timely completion.
