What The Client Needed

Following the acquisition of Beacon Products, QXO needed more than a new name on existing buildings. Its 195-location network required a coordinated brand conversion that could confirm existing signage, translate the new identity into location-specific drawings, secure local approvals, and move each site through fabrication and installation with consistency across markets.

  • Confirm existing signage at each location
  • Develop new drawings for the QXO brand
  • Coordinate permitting, landlord approvals, and city approvals
  • Execute a nationwide rollout across multiple markets

Full Project Story

Following QXO’s acquisition of Beacon Products, PSCO Sign Group supported the transition by converting signage across 195 locations in 29 states, with multiple cities represented in each state. Because QXO had a defined schedule for its brand unveilings, the rollout was organized into two coordinated batches. The scale of the program made coordination as important as production: every site had existing signage to confirm, local requirements to account for, and approvals to secure as the work moved forward.

PSCO managed the full turnkey process across markets. The team confirmed existing signage, developed new drawings carrying the QXO brand, coordinated permitting and landlord and city approvals, fabricated the approved signage, and completed installation in alignment with QXO’s unveiling schedule. One coordinated process kept both batches moving toward the same brand standard.

With one team guiding the work from planning to field execution, QXO had a clear path across a complex national rollout. The result was a consistent brand conversion delivered across 195 sites, 29 states, and multiple cities within each market.
