Full Project Story

Philadelphia Sign, part of PSCO Sign Group, has worked with Chase Bank since 1989. Over more than three decades, the relationship has grown to include rebranding projects, large-scale branch conversions, high-rise signage, and energy-efficient lighting upgrades across the country.

Branch Conversions and Rebrands

When Chase acquired Washington Mutual, Philadelphia Sign was awarded 664 turnkey conversion locations across four states: Northern California, Washington, New York, and New Jersey.

Managing a program at this scale required:

  • Detailed planning and schedule coordination across multiple markets
  • On-site project management at each location
  • Alignment with regulatory requirements and local permitting

High-Rise Signage

The partnership has also included high-rise signage installations in major U.S. cities. These projects required specialized experience in engineering, permitting, urban site access, and building code compliance.

LED and Sustainability Upgrades

Over time, Philadelphia Sign supported Chase’s transition to more energy-efficient signage by converting existing fluorescent signs to LED illumination. These upgrades improved long-term performance and aligned with Chase’s broader sustainability goals.
