PSCO has enjoyed a long relationship with Citizens Bank. When Citizens purchased Mellon’s retail banking in the Mid-Atlantic region, the deadline to convert the facilities was 12 months. Philadelphia Sign Company was chosen as the exclusive sign company for the conversion.
When another sign company struggled with Citizens fast approaching deadlines, the bank brought in Philadelphia Sign to complete an ATM conversion program of 610 sites within 10 months. The project entailed assessing the situations and gaining control of the program through constant coordination by PSCO project managers and engineers.
Philadelphia Sign tailored systems to meet those of the customer, maintained continuous communication and responded immediately as situations arose. This eliminated guesswork and reduced the stress of this challenging program for Citizens Bank. Philadelphia Sign made a commitment to meet the original schedule for the conversion. The result was a high quality sign program for the bank, delivered on time.

The scope of work for the conversion entailed site surveys, design recommendations, permit and landlord approvals, manufacturing and installation. Along with this program, PSCO is working on sign improvements at existing Citizens Bank branches in the New England area. This rebranding program includes site surveys, design recommendations, obtaining permits, manufacturing, and installation of Citizens Bank’s new sign family.
